Peter Esparrago / Co-Founder & CEO
Peter has over 25 years of global technology and security leadership experience in a variety of industries including financial services. Peter is Co-Founder and General Partner of Cultivation Capital, a venture capital firm. Peter is on the Board of Directors for Scottrade, a leading brokerage and bank. He was CEO of IntraISP, a global BSS/OSS software-as-a-service, in which he grew and sold twice. He was President of two security companies, Cigital (software security) and Mycroft (identity & access management). Peter was COO of Ariel Research, an EH&S data-as-a-service, in which he helped grow and sell. Peter was President of RCIG, a holding company of 8 technology companies (data centers, cloud services, SaaS, ISP, WISP). Peter spent 16 years at Accenture, where he was a Partner.
Barry Sandweiss / Co-Founder
Barry has over 20 years leadership experience in real estate and real estate finance. He was Co-Founder/COO of Lenders One, the largest mortgage banking cooperative in the U.S., in which he grew and sold. Barry was SVP and member of Global Leadership Team of Altisource Portfolio Solutions (ASPS), in which he helped grow market capitalization to $5+ billion via ASPS and spinouts of AAMC and RESI. He was Co-Founder of Community Lenders of America, a U.S. Bank/Mortgage Bank Advocacy Group. He is also Co-Founder of VidVerify, a mortgage video compliance company. Barry is also a General Partner at SixThirty (financial services accelerator) and Cultivation Capital (venture capital firm).
Tim Stern / Co-Founder
Tim has over 25 years leadership experience in real estate and real estate finance. He was Co-Founder/President of Lenders One, the largest mortgage banking cooperative in the U.S., in which he grew and sold. Tim was President of Origination Services, SVP and member of Global Leadership Team of Altisource Portfolio Solutions (real estate mortgage portfolio management and related technology products). He is also Co-Founder of VidVerify, a mortgage video compliance company. Tim is also a General Partner at SixThirty (financial services accelerator) and Cultivation Capital (venture capital firm).
Bryan Garcia / CTO
Bryan has over 25 years technology and data leadership experience. He was CTO of Equifax, a global consumer, commercial, and workforce information solutions company. Bryan was SVP Technology of TALX, a workforce solutions company. He was part of the original team that developed and grew the widely used The Work Number product, now part of Equifax.  He is also a General Partner and a senior mentor for SixThirty, a financial services accelerator.
Bob Hoffman / VP Customer Success
Bob has over 25 years of technology delivery, platform integration, and customer engagement focused in financial services. He was a VP of systems development at MasterCard leading initiatives ranging from large scale platform build outs to pointed mobile solutions in key markets. Bob was an Engagement Director at Pivotal, transforming strategic customers to Cloud and Big Data technologies. Bob also led application delivery and technology integrations at Accenture.
Mike Atwell / VP Sales
Mike has over 25 years of leadership experience in the mortgage industry. Mike started on the retail side for national lenders as an Indy Mac Regional VP, MetLife Area Manager, and Prospect Mortgage Area Manager running production channels and regions. Mike also helped launch and grow a lender/servicer called Generation Mortgage, a reverse mortgage lender, where he was national VP sales. Mike was the Western US Business Development Manager for The Stone Hill Group, a national QC/due diligence vendor, and Sales Director for Motivity Solutions, a business intelligence SaaS platform.
Dottie Bailey / Customer Engagement Director
Dottie has over 15 years of mortgage industry experience in leadership, sales, and client engagement. She was VP of Sales for The Money Source, and was an Account Executive for First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. Dottie serves on the Board of Governors for St. Louis MBA, and is on the National MBA Mortgage Action Alliance Steering Committee.
Brian O-Reilly / Director
Brian has over 20 years mortgage and legal experience. He is President and Co-Founder of The Collingwood Group, a financial services business advisory firm, including the mortgage industry. Brian was Director of Automated Underwriting and Risk Management Solutions at Fannie Mae, where he managed several customer-facing technologies and the development and launch of Fannie Mae’s anti-fraud solution. Brian was EVP and General Counsel of Mortgage Capital Investors. He also practiced law with several international law firms.
Thomas Cronin / Advisor
Tom has over 35 years of mortgage banking experience. He is a Partner and Managing Director at The Collingwood Group, a financial services business advisory firm. Tom was Senior Managing Director of Clayton Holdings, where he oversaw mortgage products and securities focusing on benefiting investors, private issuers, mortgage servicers and all effected government sponsored enterprises and regulators. He was Managing Member of Interactive Mortgage Advisors. For over twenty years, Tom has held leadership posts with the Mortgage Banker’s Association (MBA), the country’s leading trade organization for the mortgage banking industry on who’s Board of Directors and Residential Board of Governors he has served. Most recently, Tom was named Fellow of the Society of Certified Mortgage Bankers.
Tom Booker III / Advisor
Tom has over 30 years experience in securities, technology, product development, solution delivery and outsourcing. He is Managing Director of The Collingwood Group, a financial services business advisory firm. Tom was SVP at CoreLogic, a financial services and real estate industry data analytics company; he oversaw the marketing, delivery, policy and teaming activities which involved the Government Sponsored Entities for CoreLogic. He was SVP at First American Financial, a financial services company. Tom was VP, eBusiness Strategy and Market Development at Fannie Mae. He was Client Executive at IBM.
Ari Karen / Advisor
Ari has over 17 years mortgage compliance and legal experience. He is Founder and Director of C3 Compliance Consultants, an Offit Kurman’s subsidiary mortgage compliance consulting business. Ari is a Principal at Offit Kurman, a law firm. He is a sought after national speaker and published writer to mortgage lenders nationwide. He writes a weekly blog for the National Mortgage News, a leading online publication for the mortgage industry.
